Ayurveda vs. Modern Medicine
If we compare Ayurveda to modern medicine, we can observe that while modern medicine primarily treats the symptoms, Ayurveda identifies and eliminates the root cause of a disease to maintain overall health. There are no «magical rituals» in Ayurvedic practices. Instead, massage, oils, daily routines, and proper nutrition have a profound effect on the body's vital functions. Having personally tried many traditional Ayurvedic methods, I have noticed that they provide the body with significant additional energy and strength.
